New Place
Whoa, this has been the first day since I last posted that I’ve been online for more then a few minutes to check my emails as I’ve been working none stop… Anyways I found a place a nice quiet place. I really do like it even though its mostly an open floor plan (not much of a fan of them but oh well), I think the bathroom was an after thought when they were building the place. The shower stall is very small for my comfort. So I’m hoping before the end of the year to change the shower into a walk in shower since there a lot of empty wasted space in that bathroom.
Furniture shopping for this new place will be fun since I’ve always had to share a place with someone it wasn’t always everyones choice in furniture or what not. Now its all mine muhahaha. Once I move into the place, I’ll be hitting up some of the second hand stores as well other furniture stores to see what they all have and what can I get for a good deal that would work for the common area (living/dining/galley kitchen area).
I’m narked though, months back I saw in target and also in sears a bedding style I like, blue/green plaid and now when I have the chance to get it of course neither store are selling it anymore. If I knew I was gonna be moving months ago, I would have purchased the king size bedding that I need for the bedroom suite that been in my family now for 5 generations. But of course who thinks of that? Yesterday after work I was in a weird surfing mood and found two nice plaid print bedding on jcpenny’s and kohls website which means I gotta go state side but whatever (my two homes away from home Seattle and Indianapolis) or take a blind leap and order the bedding I saw from Scotland but its flannel, I’d rather have flannel pj bottoms then bedsheets. Its really hard to find plaid bedding in either blue/green or either a nice solid colour blue or green these days.. ugh
For all you moms out there have a great Mothers Day

I’m glad to hear that you’ve found a nice place to live:) And yes furniture shopping is definitely great when you can decide all by your self what you want and what you don’t want:)

I’m really happy you found somewhere to live! We are still looking. I never knew it was this hard. I just know if we finally find somewhere the place of my dreams will be in the paper the next week. lol.
Yeah my first apartment was an efficiency. It was a huge attack in a house. The bathroom was built after the fact and it had a huge tub no shower taking up the space. It wasn’t bad but that was like 12 years ago and that neighborhood now is totally overrun by riff raff.
Anyhow, I hope you’ve been doing well? I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to stop by and say Happy Mothers Day. I spent most of that day sleeping cause I was so tired from the weekend and working split shifts. UGH! But happy belated mothers day!!!
I will ttys. Take care!!!

Furniture shopping for your own place is so fun! I envy you hehe.
Good luck looking for the plaid bedding. It’s probably one of the more rare bedding sets. I’ll keep my eye opened if i see anything online that fits your description.
*I definitely want and epidural and I’m glad you and Angie both gave me your opinions on it. It’s nice to hear what other mothers have gone through.*

Be sure to post photos of your new site! Yeah, I share a bed with my boyfriend so now we have to agree on bedding. Blue/green plaid sounds great… I may have to scope that for our place.
