What a great start

Day 4 of the comments for a cause project, and I wanted to thank those who’ve been taking their time to help me out daily.
I still haven’t found any gyms out near my new place, which I like the feel of and or willing to pay their prices. Since I’m being cheap, I’ve been giving myself my own kick in the butt boot camp (when I came back from the states 23 days ago). I run up and down the stairs 7 times, I try and walk 3 miles a day when I grab the mail, since the ground is muddy most of the work outs I have been doing are indoors. I just bumped up the number of sit ups I do from 20 to 25 [x 3 reps, for each muscle (lower abs, abs, side abs)] I’m a little sore but no pain, no gain.
I’m not trying to look like a body builder, but I do like the toned look and I miss having that body. But once you have a baby, your body doesn’t always go back to the way things were. :|
Would you pay for a personal trainer?
Would you rather work out at home OR head to the gym?

If I had the money and the motivation, then I would definitely pay for a personal trainer. For working out, I’d prefer to work at home, only because I’m very insecure and self-conscious. The exception is if there was a gym for fat people… like Curves, lol.
Eh I work out at home. I just couldn’t pay for a gym membership when I can hit it at home. Especially walking/running. I love doing those and there’s plenty of space outside. I do hate the mud though.
Good luck on the comments for a cause!
Gyms do not interest me for some odd reason. I rather tone my body on my own or try to learn dance moves off Youtube.
My boyfriend is planning on doing the P90 thing…the DVD actually scares me after watching it twice.
Edit by me: I use to work at a place that sold it, I think you should check craiglist for a cheaper price. The thing I’m not a fan about with that work out video you got 3 months to get that toned then what?
