I wrote this post a while back but never got around to posting it as I’ve always got 5 or 6 random posts always on the go [just in case of a writers block or two].. But thanks to Dez for reminding me about this post..
I do find myself sometimes looking at my counter stats at least once a week to do the who’s who and I’m just curious on how people arrive to this site. Here are some of Paddling~Geek.Net’s top searches for this month alone.

Do you check your stats/counter like you check your email?
Are you just curious and use your stats/counter as a way to see who’s all coming to your spot on the web?
Or do you just have a giggle fest with how people find your site?
Happy Tuesday

I just want this snow to be over and done with for another year or 20. Sure it’s pretty, but the region of the province I live in isn’t use to this much snow (or a few flakes either for that matter). I say this as I hope it snows on my birthday like it use to back in the 80′s. lol. [by then I hope it leaves again within 72 hours]
I swear people here need to learn when it snow:
- Park you cars on your driveways instead of the road as this will allow cars to use both sides of the street this allows plow trucks to clean our streets
- When you shovel the snow off your driveway do the sideways as well and don’t shovel it onto the road. (your lawn works well).
- If you park on the driveway your car will not be needing to be fixed with all the dents in it from cars that lost control and slide into you. I’ve lost count on how many cars that are totaled just in my walk to/from work.
- If you live near a sewer grate clean a path to it, I don’t give a rats ass if it’s the City’s job or not to clean them but then again it’s your house on the line. Then again, you don’t know if and when any City workers are gonna come by to clear the path before its to late.
- If you don’t need to leave the house then don’t!
// end of rant!
