C4AC #2 – TV….

Normally, I barely don’t watch a lot of tv but since being sideline for the last while. I’ve watched way to much tv, I think for my own good. It seems like there hasn’t been an original idea for a show since forever as everything is based off everything else. Saturday morning cartoons aren’t like what I remember, they are now showing remakes of shows I grew up with in the 80′s.

Tonight was the season starter for Harper Island, the shows look interesting but its hard to say if its gonna be as good as all the freaking commercials say it is. Sure Harper Island was filmed locally, but to me it just looks like another 90210, the hills and OC with half naked skinny twig girls and good looking guys. Last time I checked not everyone looks like that unless your in fake hollywood.

Did anyone else catch the show?

    I honestly don’t watch much tv at all. Im a sucker for reality tv shows but have got away from them lately too.

    Tvs, those other flickering blue boxes. Haven’t had one for years…paddling sounds good tho, especially as spring gets here with all its saving grace of heat.

    Considering I work for a local provider, you can safely assume I watch a fair amount of TV. Can’t say I caught Harper Island though – had to watch the Canucks game last night.

    The commercials for it look good but I’ve heard that it’s really, really bad. I didn’t catch the first episode so I don’t know for sure. Might be worth watching just ’cause it was done locally.

    I love tv, I don’t watch it very often though. There’s only a handful of shows that I’ll still watch. Once school’s over, I catch up on everything that I missed during the school year. :)

    Haha I was watching Saved by the Bell the other day. I’ve been feeling too sick to do much else than sit on the couch in front of the tv. I never saw or heard of Harper Island, sorry.

    I’ve not heard of the series, but I don’t have cable anymore sadly. I’m a bad girl and download recent episodes of TV shows that I liked before we moved to this house and lost our cable. I’ll have to google-fu this one :D
