Thanksgiving round #3

- Picture is from 2005 when Kari and I first met at her wedding.

Its day four of my nine day stay in Indianapolis while I visit one of my best friend Kari and her hubby Woody for US Thanksgivings. This was my third Thanksgivings this year…. I had my family dinner and attended my best friend Kerri’s back in October for our Canadian Thanksgiving.

Day 1
Before even boarding my first flight of the day, I found out that they only take plastic instead of cash for the boxes of snacks. Which annoyed me because my wallet was at the bottom of my bag and using a credit card for a $3.00 item is kind of silly if you ask me. After that flight landed I grabbed a quick thing to eat then headed off to my next flight. When I finally landed in Indianapolis I got to see the new airport that opened up a month after I was last here last year. It’s NICE!!!!!

Once we arrived to their place and I leaned over to pick up their newest kitty and lost my balance as Woody bumped into me and I smacked into the walls edge and now between my arm and shoulder joints hunts when someone touches it.

Day 2
Hung out at their place and watched Twilight

Day 3
After thanksgiving dinner last night we decided to go bowling with Woody’s dad and brother (there was five of us) and I had to quit on the third game just because of my knee was killing me (it acts up in cold weather) and my shoulder wasn’t doing to well either even when I was bowling left and a few times right handed.

Not sure what we are gonna be doing today other then watching New Moon later tonight. We try and see a movie per visit as something to do.

Have a great Friday.

Farewell Wet Westcoast, Hello Midwest

Maybe I should have taken transit to the airport, since I leave for the airport in an two hours and haven’t been able to sleep a wink. :zoned: I really hope I can sleep on the trip down on either plane.

For those of you who follow me on twitter and noticed I’ve been talking about a traveling… no I’m not going anywhere warm like Duane but I’m off to visit my best friend for US Thanksgiving and helping her pack as her husband got a job in another state, so this will be our last thanksgiving dinner in Indiana. I’m looking forward for her being a time zone different instead of the three hour difference we are now. Though secretly, I really wish they would move to Seattle instead (cause we’d be in the same time zone and it would be a 3 hour drive) :hyper2:

I’ll try and update this site, flickr and check in on twitter when I’m down there …. if not I’ll be back on December 2nd with a lot of updating to do :|

Have a great day
