C4AC #3 – Wow!
Post on: Sunday, April 25th, 2010 at 10:07 pmCategory: comments 4 a cause | Tags:
Comment for a Cause (C4AC) is back for it’s 3rd year. C4AC is my way to raises funds & awareness. This year I’ve picked Right to Play as my charity of choice. Each comment this site gets equals $1 that I will be donating at the end of the month.. Don’t forget to keep up to date by subscribing to my rss feed
Wow! I can’t believe that Comment for a Cause will be ending shortly for another year.
Thank you to Caity, Dez and Lizzy who have been commenting on EVERY post. Without these 3 lovely ladies I wouldn’t be doing this and Right to Play wouldn’t be getting a nice size donation from my own pocket in May. As it stands right now I’ll be donating $110 dollars, but if you can please spend a couple minutes and comment on either all or just a few back posts and help this charity out.
I wish I was counting how many ip hits I get per day (get about 50+ a day) but I’m not I’m counting how many comments I get though the month, and I’m tired of you lurkers who see that someone mentioned that they wrote a new post via twitter so you come over and take a look and leave again. I’m sorry but if you take the time to visit a site you should take your time and comment as well. /End rant
Where should Comment for a Cause donate to next year?

Hi There! Welcome to Paddling-Geek.Net (PGN for short).

It defiantly only takes a few minutes and is for a good cause. Not a problem.
*whispers* my name’s Lissy :P
Probably a lot of the hits you get are really bots and stuff, but there’s gotta be some lurkers …
I always donate to the ASPCA.
No problem!
It’s a good cause!
@Lissy – Sorry.. you’ve been renamed. That’s how Kimm rolls.. I had to bribe her not to change my name.
I have the same problem on my site. I see all these people swinging through and nadda.. not to say I want a comment from everyone, but I’d like to think there’s something compelling enough on LCBD to comment on once in a while.. y’know?
Although I probably get enough action on twitter to make up for it.. so.. I should really complain after all.
