Last Friday I wrote about Bloggers who have inspire me. This week(end) edition is all about people who talk about fitness and being healthy.

Jackie who also known as The Girl with no name is a local Vancouverite who is now working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer.
Gary is on a weight loss journey, and is running with Team Diabetes in Rio later this year.
Elana we all have dreams about heading to the Olympics but Elana’s dream became a reality.
Scott a fellow dragoboater who just don’t talk about whats happening on the water.
