Walking on water

Ducks Gonna miss these two! For the last couple of years these two ducks have been coming by swimming in the pool making their mess on the pool deck and not in the pool. Thankfully they don’t swim when we do. Yesterday I was feeling a bit better and I was doing some yard work and they came by and wanted to go swimming but couldn’t since the pool cover was on but it was funny to see them walking on the pool cover and trying to find the areas that have little water pockets..

I hope I feel better on Tuesday, as I’m going to be looking at 7 places. Moving to a new town is gonna have its ups and downs. But from what I’ve noticed from googling around, a few gyms and some interesting restaurants that I’m wanting to try, gotta try everywhere at least once before I make up my mind Though I’m still about an hour to get to where I’ve been practicing for the last 14 years but there is a paddling center closer to were I’m moving to so maybe I’ll switch over to there next season but we’ll see.. ring

On Friday I finally found the ring I’ve been looking for the last while. I know it, doesn’t match either mine or my lil ones bith stones as they didn’t any of my stones in that size and their ruby’s looked like red glass. So I went with the way the the band looked.. a nice simple wave and it’s something that I can give to her that doesn’t look to cheap when she’s 16. Just like the ring I got from my mom when I was 16. I got 16 years to decide if I want to leave in the pink tourmaline gems or change them to ruby. Time will tell. Out of all the rings I own this is the most girly one I own.

Holy Crackers, Batman!

Just been re-orging some of my files folders on my computer and I just noticed over the last 2 and a half years or so I’ve made around 140 smilies | icons for paddling-geek.net all for personal use. . I’m now just debating/talking to myself (which is not a good thing) about if I should add back the sets I made for downloading.. I’ll add the smilies (well some) to the commenter area soon until then, the normal ” : ) : ( : | ” etc symbols work anything with an “X in the smilie does not” sorry..
