2016 Food Challenge

Not quite the way I wanted to finish off 2015 or start 2016 with a concussion, so many of the goals I had planned got placed on the back burner.

Thankfully, I’ve been able to keep one of my goals going from last year, which is to try a new recipe at least once a month.

Just one of the recipes I’ve recently tried was a Honey Dijon Chicken with Potatoes (I skipped doing the broccoli), it’s really easy to make and I’ve made it a few times since. You can find the recipe here

    • Get back into blogging (aim for more then twice a monthly)
    • Be more active on social media
    • Take more nature/sports related photos
    • Save up to go traveling again
    • Sign up for more 5K walks/runs
    • Take part in more Fitbit Challenges
    • Aim to try a new baking/cooking recipe once a month
